DHCP server error

4 days ago I started getting these two errors in my system log.

W2k server.

here are the two errors and they faithfully happen every 2 hours 24 hours per day.

1016

The description for Event ID ( 1016 ) in Source ( DhcpServer ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: An error occurred while accessing the DHCP database. Look at the
DHCP server event log for more information on this error.

1014

The description for Event ID ( 1014 ) in Source ( DhcpServer ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: -1032, JetBackup.

why is it saying remote computer? I checked the dhcp log but nothing of errors at all in it. unless the server log is someplace other then winnt\system32\dhcp ?
