Email question
Hi,
i have a question related with outlook 2003 dont know if this is the right place to post it I want a song to play when i recieve a new email can someone tell me how i can do this in outlook 2003 sp1 Thanks, charles

you would have to just change the setting for "new mail notification" for your windows theme. Outlook calls the default sound set for new mail notfication by your windows sound theme.
So go to Start>settings>control panel>sounds & devices>sounds tab>scroll to new mail notification, associate a sound. (use the browse button to locate the song/sound you want) That should be fine for any windows version from win98 onwards....
