Error Installing Office XP
Im useing windows Server 2003.
I receied this error during install on file: VAIMEM.DLL about 60% though. Error 1933. The Windows Installer service cannot update one or more protected Windows files.

Error Installing Office XP
how is ur win 2003 server set up, i.e. does it have TS on it, if so u'll need the office xp tool?
if not you could try running sfc /scannow from run to check the os files looked on web but only found this error for office 2000 see link below. http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;324500

Can you explain the problem in detail? It seems that around a week has passed since when you have posted the message. So if you found out the solution. Please take out time to share that. It will surely help people like me.
