Error Updateing java and other programs.
I dont know if this question belongs here but here goes,

Everytime i try to update my Java or download Java and flash related programs i get this error message,


Windows Installer

The Windows Installer Service Could not be accessed
This Can occor if your running windows in SafeMode(Im not) or if your windows installer is not safely installed, contact your support personnel for help, i dont have support Personnel tho.


Thats my error if anyone can help that would be great, and can u also tell me where i can redownload windows installer.

This is a simple fix.
  1. Click the Start button and choose Run... to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type services.msc and click OK to open the Services Console.
  3. Scroll down the list and right-click Windows Installer. Then choose Properties.
  4. On the General tab, be sure the startup type is set to Automatic.
  5. Click OK to close all open dialogs.

This error typically occurs when the service required to run Windows Installer applications is not running.
