Further to my Group Mail question

Would like to send a email to say10 people. So I set up a "group"
or can be called "a distribution list" with those 10 emails and names etc.

What I would like is when Isend it, is it possible for each person to
ONLY see their name on the email and not the other 9 recipients?

mwalts suggested for me to use BCC which is fine but it hides all names.
I would like the name ONLY of the person who receives the actual email to be
displayed and not the other 9 . Is this possible please?
