hi flyohio87,

welcome to the forums. I dont believ you can still buy the Windows 3.1 from microsoft anymore. They stopped support for that version of windows very very long back

You may be able to buy an old second hand copy of windows either online or from a second hand computer store .. although its likely to be a set of 3.5inch floppy's and in
a highly dubious condition.

MS never released the source of any of the windows versions although I personally feel they should release the legacy versions...

Why on earth would you want one anyway ?

I am studying for the A+ Certification test and on the test they have mentioned windows 3.1 and other OS. I am getting all of the OS that I can and I have most except 3.1. Thanks for answering the question.
