IIS Problem

I have a problem with Internet Information Services program in Windows XP. I was programming in ASP viewing what I have done in Internet Explorer, editing the code then refeshing Internet explorer to see what has changed, but on one refresh it would not load up the page, Internet explorer would try to load and eventually time out. I had changed nothing on IIS, I tryed changing the folder, changing the deafault page and even un installing and then re installing IIS but it still will not work.

any Help?
Thanks in advance

whenever that happens to me its ussaly an endless loop that i coded by mistake(ie: forgot to add rs.movenext).
debug your code also try creating a "hello world" page and see if you can view a simple asp page
