Question Mail Delivery Problem in Exchange 2000

Will try to keep this brief. Also note that I'm relatively new to Exchange, so pardon the learning curve ;-)
  1. Using a POP3 connector to pull mail from three separate accounts and route to three users.
  2. Mail is delivered to two of the three users. Until yesterday, the third user was also receiving mail.
  3. User #3 can send out and can receive LAN mail, but any outside mail delivered to her is rejected by the server.
I've deleted and re-added the account, to no avail. All user profile settings are set up exactly as they were when it was working. Still doesn't work. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Here's the details of the NDR I received when trying to email user #3 from outside:

Code:

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

Exchange is set to "listen" for SMTP requests, right?

But if you're using a POP3 Connector to download mail from another server to import into Exchange, this shouldn't really be an issue.
