Make Folder Private in W2k3

been using XP .. and in there, when one right clicks and clicks "sharing and security " .. under sharing there is an option to make folder private .. why am i not able to see this in w2k3??

here is a pic:
URL

basicallie i moved the "my documents " folder by right clicking the desktop icon and selecting "move" .. it does this part just fine .. but when i test it for privacy by loggin on a different user account, it is able to access that folder .. even when it is supposed to be a "private folder" .. in the security tab it is all about normal permissions for users and groups

anything i am doing wrong?

Have you tried using the security tab to allow access to only one user? It's quite simple, just make sure that the user you want to allow access to is the only one in the list. Also, items on your desktop are usually just shortcuts to the actual folder/file. So you'd have to go to C:/Documents and Settings/User Name/My Documents. But I don't see why moving it would help you any. Just edit the security settings.
