Outlook 2003 attachment problem

hey all, just wondering if anyone has a solution to my little problem...

when ever i go to send an email with an attatchment, i click add attachment, select my file, hit ok...but i get this grey text in my email saying: "Error! Not a valid embedded object.", if i delete that, i delete the attachment and have to re-add attachment, bringing up same error...

if i hit send, the attachment sends, along with my error message...

how do i make this go away??

hi there,

i have never come across this before and i use outlook loads everyday! Have you tried updating office? and windows? Always worth trying to get the latest office patches. If that fails then try re-installing MS Office. But makesure you backup your emails first !!
