Random Downloading problem
I am trying to track down a problem which is stopping some of our users from downloading. The problem is completely random different users can download at different workstations etc. The users are using roaming profiles and are in a managed enviroment. I was able to download once i made one of the users local admins. on the computer they are using but obviously this is not the way to go. Can anyone help?

This definantly sounds like a permissions problem. Are you using Group Policies? What kind of firewalls do you have installed?
