Hi, I would like to connect my homenetwork with my office computer.
At home, I have 2 PC with XP SP2 with adsl router and in office PC with XP SP2 with ISDN modem. Both have inet connection. How can I do it, so I can work from the home computer with files on my office computer? Thanks for your help. |

So you're trying to connect to the office computer? Is this running XP Pro? If it is, enable Remote Desktop from the System applet in the Control Panel, make sure that port 3389 is opened, then you should be able to connect to it fine.

Find the IP Address of the computer at work. You mau have to include the name of the cumputer following the ip if the computer is on a network. EX. 255.255.1.1 : WORKCOMP
