You can try to remove the item from the registry:

Click the Start button
Click Run
Enter regedit
Find the following: HKEY Local Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentOption/Run

If you see the file that is attempting to be loaded, delete it.

Do the same in the following:

HKEY Current User/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentOption/Run

or, if you've never edited the registry before, you can use MSCONFIG

Start---->Run---->MSConfig

Go to startup tab, and uncheck it from there....
then go to services, check the box that says "Hide all Microsoft Services" and then if it's there too, uncheck it.

when in regedit, do a search for "Run":

1. Start-Run-Regedit
2. Highlight "My Computer" on the left side
3. Press CTRL + F (Find)
4. Type RUN
5. Make sure only "Keys" and "Match Whole String" are checked
6. Press FIND NEXT
7. Search for your file
8. Also on the left side you may see runonce below run, search in that folder too
9. Press F3 (Find Next)
10. Repeat 7-10 until it says "End of Registry"
