Running DOS application in Windows 2000 professional

Hi,

I'm quite beginner in these facts so I'm looking for advise.

I'm trying to modify the size of the output file of a DOS application running in Windows 2k. It`s an antenna simulator and I need more resolution in order to acquire the 3D radiation pattern and it seems that my simulator doesn't allow me to take more than 91 x 91 points. It gives me the data in a column vector using a .DAT file called 3DPATH.

Sorry for all the details, but I don't have any idea, and I'm not able to make an accurate question.

Any ideas where to look for?

Thanks a lot.
