Server Small Business 2003

I have a server installed as a workgroup. There are about 10 computers in this workgroup. This set up is not working so well, and I would like to change the set up into a domain.

Do I have to reinstall the server? Or is there another way?

there shouldn't be a problem setting up a domain (other than the usual headaces)

active directory is very flexible in 2003 and there are plenty of guides on msdn
