sharing permissions

hello, i'm using windows NT as my server, and i already setup a LAN network. My problem is,

i have a main marketing folder and inside the marketing folder, i have another 3 folders, named folder1 through folder3. Let say i have 3 users, Ada, Kitty and Tammy. Ada can access to those 3 folders, but kitty can just access folder1 & folder2, Tammy can just access folder2 & folder3. The problem is, i want Kitty when view into the server, she will be able to view the marketing forlder as the main and folder1 & folder2 inside it, but when Tammy view into the marketing folder, she will have different view, she will be able to view the marketing folder as the main folder BUT with folder2 & folder3 inside it.

How can i do this ? if i set the sharing properties for the marketing folder is for EVERYONE then the folder inside it will be viewable for EVERYONE even thought i set the folder2 for different users.

Please tell me the solution asap....thx....

Set up the main folder so all three users can see it. For the permissions properties of the subfolders, remove the tick by 'inherit permissions...' and add the users you want to have access.

That's what I know from win2k, don't think NT is too different.
