Sort directory listing in Open File
Hi
When you go to 'Open File' in an Office application, I have a user who reports that the directory listing starts at Z and works back to A - can this be listed alphabetically - eg A thru Z. I am sure there must be a simple way - but if someone can point it out, it would be appreciated ... thanks |

just right click in the open white area and in the right click menu select "arrange icons by" , and then select name.
repeating this will cause the order to reverse again. and so on...

ALternatively, one could click the little view icon to the right, select "details," click the "name" bar to sort (click a second time to sort in reverse order), then hit the view icon again and choose "list" or whatever.
