startup delay
hello all
I read somewhere that a hard drive that has had an overlay could cause startup delays with windows,
mine is running win98SE on a 450 hz intel with 256 ram (ibm) mine shows startup screen then coes to
dos screen for towards a min then back to windows and completes ,
I read of an entry somewhere to correct this, any body out there know of this???
