cant able to view the processes running at task manager, cant able to alter IP settings coz the screen itself is blank like the task manager.

can somebody help me from this out. I have latest Antivirus updated, Spyware update.

try downloading program called Process Explorer (you can Google it) it should
be quite similar to the Task Manager and even more powerful.
