What have you tried to clean your computer?

You can try to run the online virus scanner here: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

You should get some results on how to remove the virus. Also, have you run a full scan with your current antivirus software? I also recommend clearing out temp folders as there are occassions when viruses are stored there, as well.

Since you already have Norton, I would go to their website and download the intelligent updater. I would then restart your computer in safemode so there will be no programs running, and then do a complete virus scan... You might also want to download spybot search and destroy and run it from safemode as well.

The other way would be to go through the registry, but that's not something to play around with, and if you've never modified your registry before, I'm not gonna tell you certain places you need to look.

Also, you never stated your operating system, Norton AV version, etc. etc, but the update and scan from safe mode should give you a good starting point.
