Win Log on
I'm able to logon to my admin account without problems but when i try to log on as any other account i'm looping back to the log on prompt. i just formatted my computer to run xp pro and if you know what that means i'm kinda at an impass in turning on automatic udates. I wonder was there and update that covers this problem? OR can someone ref me toward a patch for my unique os to get auto udtes?

Win Log on
is this computer in a domain?
what it sounds like is the other account is posibly corrupt. try deleting the profile and create a new one.

If you can login as administrator, then take a look at your users. If you didn't add users after reformatting then they won't exist. What does automatic updates have to do with logins?
