Windows Server question

Can anyone help me with this question?

What do you do if an Enterprise Server cannot connect to the network?

That question is a little vauge......

I would check the network settings on the server
I would check the server hardware (NIC Card)
I would check your Fiber or RJ-45 cables
I would check the network switches and routers
Maybe connect a laptop to the same port to make sure its active

ETC ETC ETC.......
