Unhappy Windows Task Manager Window Disappeared??

When I start up Windows Task Manager (XP) it appears to start up correctly but the window is not on screen. It appears to have moved to the right of the screen. Left clicking on "maximise", "move" & "size" does not help. How do I get it back.

Can't you just drag it to where you want? Do you get the green graph in the taskbar?

Right-click Windows Task Manager on the taskbar and select Maximize. That should get the program full-screen on your computer.

Thanks for the response but this did not work. I have solved it by: right click on Task Manager, Left click on move, and (very carefully without moving mouse) hold left mouse key down and then move window back on screen - it was way off to the right of screen. I am not sure what caused this to happen in the first place.

Left click on mouse and then moving cursor key locks mouse movement of Task Manager window (no need to hold down mouse button). Left click on mouse again releases mouse movement lock. Thanks. I don't know why it moved way left of screen in the first place - such is life!!!
