Question Windows virtual memory

hey people.
at times my system indicate 'low virtual memory'. is it possible to free my systems virtual memory. if so then how do i do it. thanks.

Setting your system to let Windows manage your virtual memory should stop this. If not, try having Windows delete your page file at next shutdown since it's probbly corrupt.
