New to scripting, "NEED HELP" please

Hello, Let me start off by saying that I do not use windows as my primary OS. However I have been tasked with writing some server scripts, and I am very lost!!!

Win 2003 server w/active directory
All i need the script to do is upon running prompt for user selection, once selected change that users password. Then set the account to disable after a set number of days.

I also have to deal with something called, "delegation" of c: address book and or files, but I can get to that later.

Is this a difficult task?

Any suggestions on were to begin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure you're dealing with a scripting issue here. Account expiration is a feature of Active Directory. You should be able to accomplish all of these things using Group Policies.
