Printers usage limit jobs users

Hi,

Been trying to find best way to create some scripts or program to work with printers

Am hoping to get printer usage history, maybe limit job sizes, receive notifications when big jobs are sent etc etc

Not quite sure what the best way to do this would be.

Anyone any experience?

Wow, that's kind of a wide range of topics. You'll certainly want to look to WMI. It has several different classes that deal with printers and print jobs.

You'll probably want to start with Win32_Printer and Win32_PrintJob.
