Talking Windows scripts to run DOS application

I am not sure where to ask this but I have read and read and could not find an answer.
I need to run a windows script that set the expanded memory on and run the application low priority.
I was able to set the priority but I can't figure out how to turn the expanded memory on. Help

Then, maby you should try to enble it from bios... it might be a possibility that it can be set from in there.... if not ... consoult your moterboard documentation to see if some jumper reelated to the extended mem is set to disabled...

See if that works
