Browser Security - Help ! again

Hi, sorry but all that, dont understand it all, and the choices, which one do you download, this is where I am not so bright, just need someone to tell me where to go and where to correct this I was fine 2 days ago, I added a adware and spyware prog. from windows market place then this started happening, is ther anyone who can speek plain english and tell me how you know...like windows xp for dummies LOL, I am, Thanks Dana

OK, Now all of a sudden my games wont load, like from yahoo, or should i say my applet is not working....2nd. Cand download games, websites etc...tells me due to security settings I am not able to download, or cant open due to security settings, have been sent to sites to check my security, all mumbo jumbo to me, 10 diff downloads which to choose? I DONT KNOW, everytime i try to fix things on my own I crash my computer, now that really makes me mad, I dont like to be mad, so please help me TU....

as for your problem: in your browser go to Tools --> Internet Options
choose the Security tab
click Trusted Sites
click Sites button
add all the websites you trust into the list, make sure
to uncheck the checkbox in the bottom, as gaming sites
are unlikely to be secured.

another option is to download and use Firefox browser.
