Virus Removal - Is my website been hacked?

Hi,

I have IIS 6 serving a couple of my sites.Checking my web traffic stats I noticed some strange urls like
default page plus other commands?path%5Bdocroot%5D=
appearing like pages from my website but I don't know where they come from.My home page is Default.html.I'm quite worried about that,any idea how to stop this problem?

I also have lavasoft firewall on my computer.
