Virus Removal - Trojan Adware Virus

Hi,
I went to one of those torrent sites and was downloading a stuff suddenly my avast antivirus warned me of a virus...I stopped downloading but since then adware, virus and trojan stuff are still in my PC, everytime I do a scan they are still there and I can't remove them thought the antivirus does repair them or remove them ??
symptoms I haev now.
slow internet with some pop up ( website asking me to download an anti virus or advertising websites )

when I open task manager I realize that CPU performance is very high, from 70% to even 100 % though I am just surfing the net when I log in safe mode it goes down

I downloaded on top of Avast blast, PC tool spy doctor and Registry Mechanic to scan and remove the virus and the adware, I just removed whatever they asked me for and I am not sure if I did the right thing ( I could have repaired files instead of removing them?? )

can anyone help me please to get my system clean ?
