Smile How do you actually rate the best web hosting?
Hi there,

I am just wondering on how do you actually rate the best web hosting.
Do you judge them because they pay you more money to advertise their sites or what?

Alternatively, can you show any evidences that show they are eligible for this 'award'

Actually, no. The support IS GREAT. I had some downtime, I contacted them and they moved me to a new server. Now it's fast, and it doesn't go down nearly as much.

But, I have noticed that my forums take up to 5 minutes to execute, so I can only guess I am on a over loaded server now. Of course, it's shared hosting nothing I can do about that.

But so far I've really had no problems. I'm getting a dedicated host after webhost4life.com is up.

do you guys have problems with brinkster? I for one get tons from them. We pay for the developers package and we get errors from the site all the time. Database errors for 5mins where the site will show errors and nothingelse. Session timing out too early: last for less than 5mins when it was set to 20mins and 60mins and global.asa doesn't work accordingly. Please tell me if you guys are having the same problem because we want to move away from this company. And the support is absolutely ridiculous. All they want is to make us get the dedicated server which cost tons for simple asp web hosting!

I use SCHLUND & Partner AD, which in the UK trade as 1&1 Internet Ltd. I have used them since 2001, but only upgraded to their Windows package in 2003. I have never had any problems with them, and they always answer support questions within a few days which I think is great!
