Refuse to cancel accounts, refuse to credit back unauthorized charges


It's obvious this company has serious financial problems. Be very careful to provide them with any credit card number. Try to use alternate payment methods since their practice is to avoid your requests to cancel accounts and keep charging your card until you initiate legal action.

This customer complained about Billing policies that are publicly available for review and is acknowledged and agreed to when signing up a web hosting account. Still, if there are any billing issues, we will resolve them in a timely manner. Instead, this customer told us that they issued a chargeback. If a chargeback is issued, then no refund will be made by us, as the credit card company will withhold funds and issue the credit. Even after repeated explanation, the customer still insists a refund to their credit card by us and makes these types of off-topic posts in Forums.
