Host in mainland China (I live here, I'm not a spammer)
Does anyone know a host in China? I run a city guide website for the (obscure) city that I live in here. I use a local Chinese host. This is absolutely required for speed reasons - I could host it overseas, but then it would be dog-slow (the Great Firewall of China slows down everything, I usually get 5-10k/s outside). 70% of users are here in my local city, which makes sense since there's no reason that you'd be interested in my website otherwise. However, the local ISPs offer very limited service, and it's a total pain to get them to do anything for you.
What I really need to do is use a CMS like DotNetNuke or similar. However, I understand that I can't just install this in my home directory like I would be able to under other operating systems - the administrator must do a standard Windows install, which is out of the question as all the CMS are in English.
My website is URL if anyone is interested.
