How do I publish a website?

I built a personal web site for myself just for fun and to learn from. I used MS Visual Web Developer with ASP.NET and VB.NET. Now, I want to learn how to publish it. I've researched a couple of differnt hosting providers but they are pretty expensive for my purpose. I'm looking for a free or inexpensive provider that will allow me to use the VWD with ASP.NET and VB.NET. I signed up for the free developer package with Brinkster but it had a lot of limitations. If anyone knows of a provider that fits my criteria I would appreciate it you would let me know. I'm pretty new to this so, if anyone knows of any tutorials online that could teach me how to publish a website I would appreicate that as well.

Unfortunately, I think your right. Send them an email outlaying your site and how you feel having it hosted by them would be good for both parties involved. Also still place your registration, they'll get in contact when space is freed up.
