How i will create website address in godaddy dedicated server?

hi all
advance thanks to all.
am hosting my first website in godaddy dedicated server. I have some doubts about that...

1.am accessing my dedicated server using remote desktop connection..how i will create a website address in my dedicated server?

2.Is plesk control panel is available in my dedicated server?
how can i use that?

3.if i want to transfer files from local host to dedicated server,
wt i am doing is just copy the file from local host and paste it on a dedicated server...but it is taking too much time...is any otherway to upload files to dedicated server??

may these three questions are stupid one...but am beginner in this ...so pls help me...
