Arrow Reseller Hosting Wanted - Recommendations?

I'm sick of my hosting provider!!! Their servers are located in US and they are slow as hell. Also, the stats they offer cost extra and are pretty crap. Pity, because their service is good and rates are cheap.

Here's my wish list:

- Fast, reliable Windows Server 2003 hosting
- Online control panel for administering sites
- Up to 20 sites for a relatively low annual fee
- Hosting for ASP, Access, SQL (and preferably .Net)
- Comprehensive online stats package (daily logs)
- Persits Mail (or simliar)
- Persits Upload (or similar)
- Online support/ticketing system
- Preferably in Australia or at least guaranteed to be FAST!

The hosting is for small business sites so it must be professional but still affordable. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Penny

Check out hostnexus. They have the Plesk Control Panel, GREAT service, and an active community forum. They are not the cheapest, but from my experience...you don't want the cheapest. I've been hosting with them for about 5 years now on their Linux/Apache servers...and will be adding some Windows to my plan before the end of this year.

Hope that helps, let us know what you decide!

Ok, now I'm desperate! My webserver has died and my hosting provider still hasn't recovered it after more than 24 hours. I have 8 websites down!

I need reseller type hosting ASAP:

- ASP
- Access Database
- Online control panel to centrally administer all sites
- Webstats

I've looked into a few of the providers suggested but some don't offer these services and I'm waiting for xhostsolutions.com.au to get back to me. I need to contact a few more so I can make a decision today.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the recommendations. I ended up going with xhostsolutions.com.au - thanks for the referral Dev.

So far, I'm VERY impressed. The HELM control panel is much the same as my previous provider but looks like a newer version. It offers even more control.

The service during setup has been outstanding... so far I'm loving it!

Thumbs up for xhostsolutions!!!
