Small + good value hosting

I used to host with http://www.catalyst2.com, who were great, and the best value money out of all the hosts I researched.

But I had one problem - package size. Their smallest package, Mega Deal @ £11.99 a year, was too big for me - I didn't nearly use the space and bandwidth available.

I recently found a host trying to tackle this problem - http://www.hostXV.com. They've got a smaller package, with less space + bandwidth, but cheaper.

And truthfully, you don't need more for your first site, so I was quite impressed with the initiative. They've also got some other packages which ain't bad either.

I signed up with Webhost4life I got the $10 a month plan which includes:

* Unlimited Bandwidth!!!
* 300 MB of MSSQL space
* 300 MB of webspace
* etc.

If you need more space, the $20 a month plan doubles it. They even have a $5 a month plan if you need just Access and not SQL.

I have contacted them a couple of times through their support ticket system to set up specific settings and each time I had resolutions within a couple of hours. I have not yet tried their 24X7 phone number, but I assume they respond just as well. This is definitely recommended.
