Whichever side of the pond.
Have you ever noticed that companies tend to use local ISP's.
Why is that, everyone is trying to use there services at the same time. You cant call them, everyone else is trying too. And your website will run sloooooow at the crucial busy times you want it to be quick.
I am in the UK and use US based ISP, they have 24 hour support staff with nothing to do and I get to use a massive cluster by myself because all of the other people sharing it are sleeping. When they will wake up then can have the server back between the lot of them for 8 hours.
