And you don't see any file in " C:\inetpub\wwwroot\*****ruha.hu\upload" folder named "2012_02_12_ 96947_thumb.jpg"?

    Transparent background in PNG

First I want to thank you for a truly fine piece of code! I have been experimenting with thumbnail generators for classic ASP and this is the first one that has worked for me with any acceptable performance.

My problem is this: I am trying to convert PNG files with transparent backgrounds. I was able to modify the .aspx file to deal with PNG instead of JPEG, but the backgrounds come out completely black instead of transparent. I again modifed the .aspx file, changing Color.Black to Color.Transparent, but there was no change in the output. What modification would you suggest to keep my transparent backgrounds? Thank you!

Cheers and sorry to bring bad news... the one obstacle I was never able to overcome to this day is transparency. Tried several times, spending hours on this, but each time reached a dead end full with stuff I could not comprehend.

If you find any way to handle transparency in .NET please let me know and I'll try to integrate it into this existing code.
