Is multiple values in a field possible and/or viable?
I have a project I'm working on to set up a work order system for our maintenance personnel. We have upwards of 25 employees, and a supervisor will assign one or more employees(usually a max of 6) to a work order. I was trying to avoid having an employee1, employee2...employee25...etc column setup. The original project i was doing was in access, and i could do that there, however i understand sql server express might not allow me to do this. Is there some sort of work around where i could do this, and still query the field for one employee name when it contains multiple values?

SQl server can handle everything access can and mach more...
in your case it looks like you need 3 tables.
Orders for all order details and order_ID
Employees for all your employees info and employee_ID
and OrderEmployee to keep employee_Order Assignment
something like Employee_id, OrderID, Date
