Question about share permissions.
Here is a brief summary of the situation.
A windows account (User_1) in one domain (Domain_A) is attempting to access a share (Share_X) on a server (Server_Echo) that is in another domain (Domain_B). Both the permissions on the actual folder being shared, and the permissions of the share itself have the account in question listed as having full permissions.
Yet User_1 is unable to access the share using the syntax of \\Server_Echo\Share_X\
However, when I added User_1 to the local administrator's group on Server_Echo and re-tried accessing the share, it worked.
Can anyone briefly explain why having full permissions did not allow access, and becoming a local admin worked?

You can share permission with any one in network. You check your system and control panel u can check.
